so I’m kinda confused how these preferences work. In warzone I played by searching expanded but in arena I use balanced but some days ago I ended up against some diamonds and one onyx players, and I’m not even ranked yet, because I play mainly warzone.
also, y tried searching expanded as well and ended up against a 4 person fire team and all of them were onyx. Anyone knows why this happens? I mean if I am unranked why o keep getting those sweaty lobbies?
That said, I would really use some of your help to find matches that are fair for my level, the highest rank I’ve ever achieved was diamond and was like in November if I remember correctly, since then I haven’t played that much arena itself. What’s the best way to look up for matches?
thanks.

These options will be present on the Arena and Warzone playlist selection screens and will give you the ability to choose between Balanced, Focused, or Expanded as your search preference. Here’s how these break down:
> >
> > • Balanced (default): Search for a match based on your fireteam’s skill and network connection quality.
> > • Expanded: Widen search parameters to find the first available match with reasonable skill matching and network connection quality.
> > • Focused: Narrow search to find the best match based on your fireteam’s skill and connection. Search times may be longer than normal.

Thanks dude
I’ll try it out
