Search Parameters don't help EU connections.

I’m an EU player and I have my search parameters on “Focused” and yet I’m still matched with NA players and as a result I have to deal with awful lag and even random disconnections from the game. I’ve played for the past few weeks with the parameter and I’ve yet to be matched in a game without NA players and the random disconnections are that frequent I have now been banned from Arena for 9 hours.

Since launch many EU players have complained about connection and for dedicated servers on EU and 8 months on we’ve only gotten search parameters that are clearly broken.

Any workaround would be appreciated and if there is any word that I’ve missed on improved EU connections can you please let me know.

Wired.

I’m from the UK, and I do get a lot of matches with North American clients, but I do have say I get more non-NA matches since Focused’s implementation. Just wish I got non-NA matches a lot more often.
