He really is on point with the whole Them not really ready for post game content and they are scrambling to put stuff together.
Delaying that Season it’s like dang man, not to mention their biggest up coming Events just seem like filler. The rewards are just the most Basic Armor and some more of the 50 default colors from Halo 5 that they paywalled.
I’m still annoyed how we went from 60 default colors in Halo 5 to 10 in Infinite for free.
Halo Infinite is the definitive on take it away and slowly give it back…but paywalled.

Isn’t making new armour relatively easy to add? Like there was a lot in 4/5. I can understand the technical and server issues being complex and difficult to manage. But wouldn’t separate teams be dealing with that sort of stuff to the artists and people who produce that content? Would they delay that part of the process until they get to a certain stage?

When they talked bout the whole Armor coating/Core system they made it seem like they were going to dumping new designs on us so quickly and more efficiently, but so far it’s been pretty dry.
Like they dropped Hazop on us acting like it was big DLC
My Initial impression was we’re going to have the Paywall armor of course. It also a ton of Armor stuff and cosmetic unlockable through Things like commendations. And so many ways to unlock unique Cosmetics. Like Halo Legendary Campaign doesn’t even look anything cool.
I assumed there would be an In game way to earn store credits.
I mean the whole Reason they said they went with Coatings was so they could make them quickly and unique but they went and gave us 10 of the 60 default colors from Halo 5 and are selling us the other 60…
And don’t even get me started with Armor kits… God I wish we could mix and match those and the kits were just a quick way to have that specific armor set… Not lock you into a strict appearance.

Same, I thought, we’ll get loads of armour. Of course they’re going to sell us it, but it’s not like loads of armour cores are coming out it’s just been a series of timed exclusive cosmetics.
Yeah, it doesn’t help that it’s all the Reach armour as well. So it’s basically just the older models ported over.
Plus, isn’t the Mark 7 just a tweaked version of the Halo 4 armour? The chest plate is bulkier and you have a black undersuit but I definitely recognised a few of the helmets from Halo 4.

I enjoy how many Halo YouTubers are openly criticizing Infinite, because they have a much larger audience than these forums posts, so their videos have the potential to actually reach 343 ears, while the forums go mostly ignored

Yup, we are basically getting all of Halo 4 stuff ported over in a timegate/paywall.
I mean people wanting earnable armor peices isn’t even unreasonable.
Being able to buy just individual items from the store. Cross core customization, universal coatings.
Honestly I believe they hadn’t had the game fully fleshed out and went with a very restrictive customization method I ln order to kinda artificially inflate sales.

This is probably true. The only thing that seems to have been going according to 343’s plan is the cosmetics store, so the longer they keep raking in cash, the more they drag their feet. It’s like watching stocks, they are watching and waiting for the exact moment to drop some shop discounts that were also already planned beforehand. They got to make back all that money they wasted on Infinite’s development somehow.

Totally agree, and it’s painfully obvious. Feels like the game really needed to be pushed back but for some reason going past the already year delay was not an option.

Part of me suspect the Delays of key features isn’t even due to them not being fully ready but kinda spread out Major Day 1 content to have something for the first Year of the game.
It’s sad but when they finally announce Co Op Campaign they are going to Market it as some huge new Content when it was really just delayed Content.
They are giving us the Carrot at the end of the stick treatment

Sean is a hypocrite who makes back to back videos praising 343 Industries, then another video stating that the fans are right ; In the end he is only going for clicks, likes and views.
Im not a fan of Actman, but he states what’s on everyones minds.

I understand gaming is a business but at this point game publishers and studios really need to take a “when it’s ready” approach. Games are just to large and complex now days to fit the old business model.

When I heard Live service In already had a suspicion the game was going to be we will fix it as we go.
I’m getting slight Anthem Vibes… Ina sense of things that make sense to be in game are not… Something as simple as Cross core customization. And Univers Coatings
