SE: Specialisations

Im just curious ive played the game guest-split-screening with a friend but not on my actual account.

I dont plan to get the game until things are fixed for example. I have heard that specialisation codes are sent via email to anyone who has played before the 20th of november to all those areas that are not without Europe. Not only do i see this as slightly racist and discriminatory, but when will SE players inside the EU recieve access to all 8 specialisations?

Yeah but the thing is everywhere worldwide recieves the codes today/tomorrow apart from the European countries of which are exempt from this offer. Which means we will never get to rank past SR70, hence my question in the original topic description (mainly asking 343 themselves if they bother to reply)
