I’m contemplating getting a scuf controller (like the Elite Controller or a customized one, unsure of which so far) but I’m unsure if it really helps that much more with gaming. Does anybody else use one? And if you do could you tell me some advantages to using them? Thanks!
ever heard the phrase: “it’s the indian, not the bow” ?

i believe Scufs and other modded controllers should be bant from tournament play. until Xvim and KBM set ups are allowed i do not advocate modded controllers.

personally the only reason i would want a scuf for halo is to put crouch on a paddle
I’m curious as to why you think they should be banned?
the main advangtage to using one is it gives you the same ability as playing claw style does without making your hand be in an uncomfortable position. i got one so that i have the paddles mapped to jump and crouch. so now the only time i take my thumb off the aiming stick is to reload or switch weapons which that is seldom anyways cause i will just use my indew finger for that too. they also have hair pin triggers so you dont have to pull the trigger all the way in to register a shot. it minaly helps with the single bullet semis.

I’ve heard of a couple different ways people map the paddles but that’s the most common pairing. I’m guessing you’re a fan of the controller then? I mostly want to know if it’ll help my latency issue I seem to have.
