Scripting gone bad!

Ever since the most recent update whenever I load up a map that has some simple scripts on it they bug out and go in random directions. When I reload the map in forge or custom games and activate the scripts, random walls and objects that never had scripts on them in the first place will start moving around with the scripted objects. A map that tears itself apart at the push of a button kinda presents a problem since I’m obsessed with forging and scripting. I’ve only seen this on maps I’ve created post update. Has anyone else experienced this issue I guess if so comment down below.

I have been having similar issues. Scripts applying themselves to objects that never had scripts to begin with. Fortunately I discovered the bug early and decided to build the map without scripts first so that I can add scripts when this gets resolved. It is completely ruining my forging experience at the moment, though because I cannot complete my map the way I initially intended.

That explains a bug that my friend had been encountering. Several rocks that did not have scripts suddenly started rotating. I’ll see about getting this to 343i.

Another note: It seems to occur with orphaned scripts - scripts that were applied to an object that was somehow changed or deleted, but the scripts remained on the map no longer associated with any object. They seem to apply themselves to objects on the map at random, and will jump from one to another if the object they are applied to is deleted. I have found that if the script is triggered by a message or power, changing the channel will make the object quit responding to the signal, but it still uses unnecessary memory (Even if you delete everything from the map, the script counter still indicates that scripts exist).
