it’s been FIVE MONTHS and I still haven’t gotten a single fix for this game crashing during gameplay after an update that broke the game and not a single fix online is working.
Thanks a lot for robbing me of my money and then ignoring my support tickets. Thieves.
When does it crash? When did it start happening? What storefront are you playing through?

What Crashing? I haven’t experienced crashing on the og xbox 1 or the Xbox series S. Maybe file a detailed support ticket.
What system are you playing on?
I haven’t crashed a single time on PC or Xbox since January. What are you playing on? If you meet the minimum requirements, you should be fine. Maybe you have AMD or Integrated Graphics.
They have stated that there are crash fixes in the Season 2 update as well - hopefully that’ll help.
I wouldn’t call them thieves, but they sure as hell haven’t been honest with the player base, especially knowing how infinite has major issues, and what was said to be added to the game before it launched.
