this weapon is freakin’ OP. I constantly get sniped by this fricken sidearm. It’s rediculous how a weapon that’s supposed to be a fallback becomes a camper’s dream gun. I hate to even go close to a doorway because I have to be wary of someone popping out and sniping me with a boltshot. I have to be careful closing distance, because they might pull out a boltshot and shotgun me in the face at practically AR range and shut me down.
Range Decrease PLEASE.
Hopefully they do nerf it but for now, if your can’t beat ém, join 'em 
The boltshot is probably the most frustrating weapon to be killed with in the history of Halo
New maps = near 12 vehicles per map 8 of which are ghost, hogs, and a mantis.Already sick of spawn… Splatter… Spawn gunned down by hog… spawn “oh look a mantis” dead…already flustered with this. Ontop of this when I’m not being killed by vehicles its that guy in the corner with that little piece of crap…Worst ones are the guys with camo too -_- -Yoink- is getting old fast

I tried this the other day. (normally I use the PP) During a game of Team Regicide on Complex, I got an Overkill with it (with dexterity)simply by quickly turning around as people came towards me. I felt awful…
I have to say though, I don’t camp, and I can confirm that if you don’t camp, the Boltshot isn’t going to be suited to you.
