Screenshots: We Need Improvement

I know many people don’t take screenshots seriously, but a lot of people do. I along with many others, including IReact IV, have more fun coming up with new screenshot effects than playing War Games. To those of you who believe screenshots are as important to Halo as Cortana is to Master Chief, help me find a way to make them known. There are a couple of things we need to begin our quest:

  1. File Share System on Waypoint
    -This is a NECESSITY… if we can’t share our screenshots online, what’s the point in taking them?

  2. Groups
    -Screenshotters from the good old days of Halo 3 would all agree that groups are a key part of our culture. We gather and share our ideas and screenshots. These groups would also enable all non-screenshotters to group on Waypoint for clans, games, etc… (Just like Bungie had)

  3. File Share in Pre-Game Lobby
    -People who take screenshots, such as IReact IV and I, like to look at other people file shares before and in between games. You can look at other people file shares in between games you say? Yes, you can, but you only have 20-30 seconds before they are blocked again. This locking of file shares needs to be removed from the game entirely and file shares should be open to look at, at all times.

File Sharing not just screenshots, but everything else that you could create yourself in Halo 4, was suppose to have been completed in November. It’s December 2nd now and still no update on this. You can apparently find stuff by gamer tag, but unless you have a list of every single Halo 4 player in front of you, that doesn’t do a lot of good.

Yes, I understand the whole idea of File Sharing in Halo 4 needs to be completely revamped. I was just going from the perspective of Screenshots but as I said, the everything will be improved for anyone who makes use of their file share.
