So, I understand the file share isn’t completely functional just yet. But is there a way to save screenshots taken from my file share to my PC?

What I need to know if I create a map can I play with it in multiplayer? Not really understanding the file share issue. Just don’t want to put time in creating a map that I can’t use.
Anyone know if the problem was fixed on how to retrieve a screenshot that was downloaded and access it from your computer?

Yes there is a “way” to save screenshots from your xbox to your PC, but its not legal or its probably frowned upon by both 343i and Microsoft for legal reason.
Additionaly with an external capture card you can take screenshots and just take the image and transfer it to your PC (AverMedia Gamecapture HD has this feature).
Your best bet is to just wait for the next January update as 343i will address when it will go live. Its slated to come out in early 2013, which could mean Late January or Early March.
Yep, the other ways are frowned upon by 343i and the moderators on this forum will remove links to any way to get screenshots. That said, there are two downloadable solutions and one online one.
Has the transferability of screenshots changed to be usable yet to the PC? Sorry i know you hear that question a lot. >,<
