I don’t know if anyone else has been having this issue but my latest screenshots don’t show up when I try to link them to maps and pre-fabs. The latest one was taken 11 days ago and after that (9 days ago on wards) non of my screenshot will load onto the game. This includes 1 edited screenshot upload from my pc, which Microsoft let onto my Xbox dvr with no issue, and 10 captures in game.
Actually there was one picture I uploaded from my pc 16 days ago, before everything stopped working which won’t load to halo 5 but again, Microsoft had no issue with it.
I’ve tried talking to Microsoft support and resetting my Xbox, removing my external hard drive and taking screenshots but nothing works so I think it’s a fault with the game.
No idea what’s going on but I might have to halt map uploads until this is done.
If anybody has any answers please comment bellow or get in touch with me asap.

Hello, a lot of people have reported an error like the one you described. For each of them I suggested to upload via Xbox Beta App. As it appears you’ve already attempted this, the only thing I can think of that has gone wrong is you’ve not selected Halo 5: Guardians when it prompts for a game title. If you are positive that you have, then like you say, it is probably a problem with the game.
Do your screenshots appear on the relevant section of Halo Waypoint? If so, then the problem seems to be Halo 5, if not, then it could be an issue relating to the DVR itself.

On the top of this screen, select community and then content browser. Screenshots and captures should appear as an option there.

No they don’t
As they are not appearing here on Waypoint, it would suggest that it is not just a Halo 5 problem. Sorry, I don’t have any further suggestions. Maybe try Xbox support again, but don’t give a reference number so that you can have a new technician’s approach on it.

Apparently it’s to do with the new xbox one update and the 343 servers not recognising the screenshots from the dvr so I’ve heard.

That would explain a lot. I haven’t had any problems and I am yet to install that update (assuming that’s the little number 1 on the settings icon). I guess I’ll wait to install it until 343 have updated it at there side.
