Screen locks up when going Start->Player ID

I tried hard resetting, didnt do anything. Anyone else having this issue?

I am having the same issue, but I will say that waiting for 3-5 minutes usually works. It eventually opened, but if the game attempts to add you to a game at any point in the waiting process, it will crash.
