I’m experiencing an issue where my entire screen will freeze for 3/4 of a second to a full second constantly. My internet speed is 175mbps + and my ping is <19
it has gotten me killed numerous times and lost even more kills because of it.
Has anyone experienced this?

Halo 5! I’m assuming its server side because I’m not sure what else I can do on my end. Either way, I just wanted to see if others had experienced it recently as well.

same issues here i have gaming router and docsys 3.1 modem with 1gb fiber optic connection with 17ms in xbox ping response. Halo 5 still laggy to me and screen freezes time to time. Shame on you 343!- I pay my xbox subscription for whole year and yet i cant enjoy playing game. I only play halo 5 and still suffer. Enough is enough look into it. Else, I will keep asking for refund thru my amex card its sad!
Yeah it happens all the time with halo 5. Especially if your playing social games with join in progress. Anytime someone leaves the game I’m in my screen will freeze anywhere from 2-6 seconds. It’s always done it not sure why.

Yea it’s not just join-in progress or player quitting anymore. It happens to me randomly and most notably when I scope and de-scope weapons and it’s so often that I’m loses kills and game because of it and frankly I don’t want to play Halo 5. The only reason I’m still logging on is for XP to reach 152. Why do I care about max rank and the reward for it in Infinite? Because I’ve been playing Halo for almost 20 years and I feel obligated somehow?
