Every time i play Halo 5 this happens. Yesterday i bought the new Xbox One S and i was curious as if it is the game or the console.
Using the brand new HDMI chord that came with the console as well.
Firing up MCC to see if it does it on here as well. Let me know if anyone has a fix for this.
