Screen "Freeze" or "Lock"

I’ve been noticing lately, and more often, that the screen will randomly “freeze” or “lock” for a few seconds while I’m in a game.

Towards the middle of this clip is an example of my game freezing for about 2 seconds or so.

From what I can tell this happens around 1 out of every 15 (maybe less, maybe more. It seems completely random at times) games I play and in some cases it has gotten me killed or almost killed because it happened at impeccable timing. I was hoping others with this issue could share them here so I can know if I’m the only one having this issue and so it can get resolved sooner than later. Other than this, I don’t have much more info about this issue but I will record clips of it every time it happens from now on.

This is a known issue. I am 99% certain it has to do with players Joining or Leaving a match, as it happens frequently for me as well and ALWAYS seems to be paired with this happening, as it shows on the Killfeed when people leave/join and the freeze always happens at the same time this is popping up…give or take 1-2 seconds.
