Scratched off 4 characters from Halo 5 key

Hi Guys,

Purchased the limited edition 1TB Xbox One and got a limited edition Xbox One version of Halo 5… I accidently scratched off the last 2/3 characters in and the first 5 characters and scratched off the 1st character in the 2nd set of 5 characters… There doesn’t seem to be any QR code or anything which I could get scanned elsewhere… Is there anything I can do? This is so frustrating… Is there some pattern in these code when it comes to numbers/letters?
I can’t even return the xbox as I bought it from a private seller on ebay… Can someone from 343 industries help me?

A shoutout to the FORUM TEAM too… I’m terribly disapoointed that I’ve not been able to play this game… I only used a coin as you are supposed to and this happened…

I would call Xbox Support, it sounds a lot more like a problem they are going to be handle tan the forum team here.

Xbox support are saying that they can’t reissue codes and are requesting that I contact 343… Supposedly they only reissue codes in places like Australia, India, Japan, Singapore and not in places like the US and UK??? I am really frustrated… I’ve tried eveything and wasted hours on this…

Bump! Still no answer from 343 after a week! Horrible support from Microsoft and 343!
