Accidentally spawned in an ONI scout hog today on raid on apex 7, splattered an Elite boss and rammed a ghost marauder to oblivion. I laughed my head off as I took first place. Definetely keeping my scout hogs from now on.
Scout hogs are extremely under-rated.

Honestly, if you have a passenger with good aim, the scout hog can be beastly. They are super tanky and the passenger has a very small profile to be shot at.
I was super glad when I saw they added the scout hog to the game and they are freaken neat, but really wish they had cleared the invisible geometry in the back so that you could have a couple of teammates hitching a ride.
Or even added two “seats” where two other players could get in without worry of being shaken out. They could like crouch and hold the side with one hand leaving the other to 360 degree shoot like the mongoose.

Yeah, and I swear the ONI hog can take more hits than a scorpion.

dude i feel you with taking a few more people. I mean come on which halo was it that was like a pickup and could fit another 2 people in the back? a spartan could easily hold on. I just feel a little disappointed in this vehicules capacity since a scout warthog should a least carry some people for the actual scout job.
Scout hogs are only good for occasional spartan splatters and killing bosses by running them over.
Scout hog + The Answer = oni hog
If a vehicle has “ONI” in the name, never ever sell it. I have 20+ ONI Scout Hogs and only 2ea of the other variants, and then only for REQ collecting purposes. If I pull out a non-gun Mongoose or Warthog, I pull out an ONI one. They are indeed tanks.

They make good bullet sponges too. Distract enemy Spartans around the base while your guys push in - they won’t all be foolish enough to shoot at you but every one that is is one less problem for your team mates!
i save my oni scouts for when we get triple capped. its amazing, nothing hits you and u can easily drive to the farthest base and cap it without interference cuz the enemy is busy spawn trapping you

All I do on Apex 7 is take the first 5 minutes to splatter Zealot Assassins and Elite Ultras in my Scout Hog.

That’s what I always wanted… 3 passengers + Driver… 3 passengers with chainguns…Whooooppieeee!!!
Too bad you can’t board a vehicle with a turret weapon…
