*facepalm if you must but i noticed a blue cloud underneath the overlapping scorpion shell explosion on AOTCR. Maybe the socrpion and wraith shell share the same explosion animation with only a different color?
You might have detonated a plasma grenade? I’m pretty sure you can. Otherwise no there isn’t a blue smoke/cloud that comes out.
