Today, I was playing Oddball and my team was losing. As soon as the next round starts, I check the scoreboard and all my teammates had left. I was stuck with 3 Marine teammates for an entire round. Currently, there are no features regarding the scoreboard. You cannot check players, you cannot report players, you cannot friend request players. I’ve never seen a Halo game less prepared for community interaction and player reporting than this since MCC and 2042. There is no All Chat either. I couldn’t even talk to the other team and chat with them while I wait for the match to just end. I didn’t even get replacements after 5 minutes of the enemy team messing around. This game needs these basic features: In-game and post-game reporting, Add Friend feature, Recent Players section, and All Chat. On top of that the AI should be a higher difficulty if someone is left all by themselves or the match should just end.
When you get ‘bots’ on your team in ‘Quick Play’, they will have ‘343’ at the start of the names. That is how you can tell.
Wait until you get to experience playing ranked games where your teammates leave or d/c and it is 1v4, 2v4, or 3v4, and you get no replacement bots. You just get hammered the entire match until it ends since it is ‘SBMM.’
