If the RAIL GUN makes a return in HALO5 is should definitely be scoped, do to the fact that it only has a one charged shot per round, which looks like this gun will require some skill. How much harm could it possibly cause by getting a scoped up-grade, i could see this weapon in MLG. If you guys do add a scope dont put some laser on it either to let somebody know whats coming, its one shot for petes sake, but then again the BYE RIFLE has two shots. Still though no laser, just another beautiful weapon to evolutionize that has been added to this awesome HALO universe.

Hence why it has no scope. It also has a much faster charging time than the splazer.
> I ment it was one shot per round so if you miss your SOL.
You mean it’s one round per mag/clip.
Secondly you wouldnt be SOL if you hit. The game takes, and should require skill. If a one-hit weapon is not useful for you merely because you cant aim it. That’s your problem, not the weapon’s. Sorry if that sounds harsh but that’s just the way it is. A scope would make it a high-tier power weapon, which is what the splazer is for, the Rail gun was designed to be a medium-powered power weapon.
