Has anyone heard anything about the actual UNSC Shotgun being in the game? I know there’s a lot of buzz right now about the Scattershot and all the new stuff, but what about the OG weapons? I haven’t seen or heard a peep about the Shotgun, so I’m a little worried it may have been dropped. 
In the RvB videos Sarge is holding a shotgun.
Naw… it’ll still be in the game. There are a LOT of weapons we haven’t seen in action yet. Such as Rail Gun, Spartan Laser and LightRifle (matchmaking)… Just give it time!
Alright, I just wanted to know if it was announced or something and I missed it while caught up in the torrential downpour that was E3.

No Sarge was holding a M90 in RvB.
Looks like 343i is aiming to keep old weapons and add new ones.

You can see the Rocket Launcher in action in the MLG videos! 
But yeah, Shotgun is most definitely in. Hopefully they still count it as a power weapon and don’t do something dumb by making it a starter option.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but it is a starting weapon (as seen in this screenshot from e3. It is probably nerfed.

The E3 build isn’t representative of the final game.
I really hope the human shotgun is back in. It was easily my favorite weapon in every game besides the Carbine.
If it does come back, hopefully it won’t look like the Reach shotgun, because that thing was hideous.
In the RvB video Sarge was holding the Reach model M90 shotgun. Personally I think its a placeholder and there will be a new H4 shotgun but I really like the M90 and think its a great looking gun.
Human shotgun is the close range weapon of the UNSC so it will be in H4. There is no way it won’t be in H4.
