I have checked each of the 10 locations multiple times over but my database says I’m still 9/10 logs collected? I’m at 99% and this is so aggravating!

I am having the same issue with database/spartan logs/ scattered 08, 09, and 10. I have collected them but did no register in the data base. Same thing with spartan log/ ring fall: 08.
Have found a solution? I am about Uninstall and re-download the game it before another issue. Hard reboot has no fixed it either.
