Lol, if they couldn’t you would be stuck, at first I was sceptical about xbox sending me free stuff, then I just submitted and its legit. I really thought at first the free xbox stuff was a scam which is which I didn’t click on any on the links.

I had a Live chat earlier, over 1.5 hours long, to find out about why Halo Wars DE codes hadnt landed. (I hadnt read the blog on the homepage to see there is a delay).
They had to jump through a number of hoops to ask various supervisors. In the end they dug out the blog post on the Halo website to get an explanation.
They have no insight into whats going on with these codes, so wouldn’t count on them being able to re-send anything!
