scarriest thing that has ever happenned to you.

mine happened a couple of years back when i was ten. i was sitting at the couch wathing t.v. when i look over at my brothers toy shelf. there is an odd blue glow coming from behind a star wars toy. i shruged it off and continue watching t.v. just then my cat runs by and stops cold when she sees the toyshelf. she backs away slowly and i get up to see what the glow is but just as i get up the glow stops and the star wars toy falls off the shelf and lands with an extremly loud bang(and the bang was much louder than it should have been if the toy fell off the shelf.

when i was 11 one other thing that happened to me was again in the same room. i was walking by the couch and i look outside and i see this glowing figure (this was at night) and i run upstairs and hide in my room with my airsoft pistol. both of these times i was alone.

whats your scarriest thing that has happenned to you.

I was by myself one night in my house and it was 1:30 in the morning and my closet door opened up. Then my attic door opened up. Yahhhhhhhhhhhhh not much sleep that night.
I locked my door with all my kittys in with me. O_O
P.S. The little pencil in the right upper corner of the box is for editing your post.

one time I was playing halo reach in my apartment when I heard a moan from my closet, when I opened my closet I saw bill murray in ghost form and I was all like “ghost bust this, -Yoink- -Yoink- niuggah” and I blasted him in the head with a 3" slug from my 12 guage

BILL -Yoinking!- MURRY? zombieland ftw

I was sleepin’, with my kitty on my belly, and all of a sudden he went to the edge of the bed. I thought nothing of it, and tried to go back to sleep, when my radio kept being tuned in and out of different stations.

I look up, and it’s this apparition, fiddling with my radio, and then disappears.

I grabbed my kitty, put the blankets over our heads, hid for the rest of the night.

I’m a non-skeptic so I’m willing to believe almost anything. My documentary watching on Monster Hunter themed docs is incalculable. However, the two times out of my semi-adult to adult life that has scared the bejeezus out of me comes from seeing Blair Witch and Paranormal Activity. Ghosts are probably the least likely thing I “believe” in but I’m still not one to count it out.

Went to PA with my father when Blair was in theaters and we saw it. I live in Queens, NY so woodland is scarce around here. Anyhoo, movie freaked me out b/c of how they portrayed it as if it was actual documentary footage found. Went home and really didn’t think much about it but I slept in the living room on the couch bed. There’s a giant window opening view to NOTHING but backwoods. Needless to say, I don’t think I ever slept holding my beloved Beagle before that night lol.

Paranormal wasn’t so much as effectual but I almost didn’t sleep that night. It was just the gravity of a few scenes that really got my hair standing on end.

Other than that, no real major fright nights.

The only movies that ever scared me were the original Halloween movies.

And Halloween II still scares me to this day.

The ending of that movie is freaky man. For being the type of movie that it is I was impressed how scary it really was.( of coarse it dousn’t take much to scare me)

I found the original ending of Paranormal Activity to be creepier.

A lot creepier, actually.

Blair Witch was kinda creepy when I first saw it, too.

My favorite series!! All except for the fact that Halloween III fits NOWHERE into the series hahaha.

Meyers is the definitive Boogey Man. I loved Zombies remake of it b/c it fit perfectly in the modern world and Michael wasn’t so much an undead boogey man. He was a true tortured soul that just “did”.

Myers*

I liked Halloween III, and it does fit into the series, if you look into it. Originally, Halloween was supposed to be a different story every movie.

I hated Zombie’s remake. So much. And I never saw Michael as undead, simply because he never dies.

In the original series, he wasn’t tortured. He wasn’t a misfit. He grew up in a normal house, with normal parents, and a normal sibling. He couldn’t die for a very simple thing.

He was pure evil.

It helps that he always has idiot people to "meet"

@ Math & Ka - See, which ending are you talking about b/c there are 3 in total, one of which was super rare.

Default - Micah gets thrown at camera, Katie crawls to camera and lunges at screen.

Mixed - All screaming happens off camera. Katie walks upstairs and sits. Time passes and you hear cops downstairs who slowly realize something’s wrong, find Micah and come upstairs. Somehow, Katie comes to while walking towards them with the knife and just as she tries to speak, she gets shot. Screen fades.

Rare - Same as Default except instead of lunging at the camera, she slits her own throat in front of you. It’s quite disturbing.

Damn!! I always mess the name up :frowning:

Eh, i just didn’t like it since we started with Michael and 1 merged with 2.

Really? I thought it was better than any other remake on the market. I will always hold Donald Pleasance as Dr. Loomis though.

Defalt and rare

Wow, maybe the cops one was just as rare b/c I got to see that one and everyone else I knew saw the default.

Kooky.

Yeah, I thought it was a terrible movie.

Not as bad as the second remake, though.
