I’m scared to ever play BTB again because I spent a long time trying to get my 50 in it and I finally did and do not want to lose it. Don’t you hate that feeling? I wish 50’s could stay there once you get them.
honestly i get what your saying but losing your 50 was what made a ranking system awesome. You had to fight to keep your rank up.
now Halo 3 was better for one thing you lose your 50 it still says your a 50 but this system wont even say that.
I would play and keep playing so you get games on the 50 the more you win/ do better the more likely you will improve and keep the 50 longer.
I have a 50 in Team Dbls in Halo 3 I cant lose it ever just because there is over 200 wins on that 50.
Maybe go get one in infinity slayer then move onto doubles and team throwdown. Keep testing yourself?

If paranoia of losing your 50 is so strong you can’t even play on it then you are taking that number WAY too seriously. Nobody here cares if you’re a 49 or a 50, so why is it so important when you’re the only one who even notices it?

Yeah, you need to stop stressing about something that is so utterly unimportant. It’s a game designed to pass spare time in a fun and enjoyable way. If you stop playing because you are 50, your missing out on the fun.

I get your point, CSR being based on points means that you may go really well overall (20 something kills, 7 deaths, etc) but because you didn’t get top score in one game, you’ll most likely derank.
We need a better SKILL based system, not points. Honestly, going 28-28 and getting most points isn’t as skillful as say 20-7 now is it?

This is one thing that I didn’t like about the H3 ranking system. If your 50, 45 or whatever was only in one playlist and you lost it your “high skill” and rank should go down as well.
