I got the DLC today and I am having a problem getting the achivement that requires you to get a scarab out on a game of reinforcements. So, I destroy my own guys to free up some space, watch my resources get to 3000 and for some reason I cannot get out a scarab. I will have enough space, resources, and generators for it but I still cant sent it out. Is there something im missing? I would apreciate the help because this is really annoying me.

I have all 3 of these things but the scarab still doesn’t light up. I have no clue why, and just to check tech level the the lightning bolt symbol correct?

It doesnt happen everytime. Play as prophet vs. easy ai. If you fulfill teh requirements mentioned above, there is a chance you get a scarab. If you dont, beam off enough units to get back 20 free population, and wait for it again.
Yea I’m the prophet going against St. Forge on easy. Ive gotten everything I needed 3 times now. So it just works at random then?
Yup try to have more pop open than 20. Beam or vortex ur units every time so ur population count stays low.

you need to aim to have 2x the amount of resourses before the time limit for next wave for the unit (So 6k) in order for it to feel like giving you the scarab, i did it pretty easy, although it’s impractical in a match against other players as by the time you have the income for it to be forced into giving you a scarab you’ve either won or lost by now anyway
