I’m sure everyone has seen the Scanner Helmet that comes with the Halo 4 Map Pass, but did you know this helmet actually existed on the Halo 3 disk? Hidden away as an Easter egg.

Yeah, I think it’s just a specific angle that it looks like the helmet. It supposedly was the Master Chief’s helmet, but I think we all know what helmet it is now.

I had forgotten about that Easter Egg until just now, I was looking up “Master Chief Helmet References” for a Halloween costume my GF is making her son.
