EDIT: OP, not sure if you realized, but you have it spelled “sayanora”, but it should be “sayonara”. Or if you want, use this: さようなら.

I got it in custom games for pushing off my friend in a mongoose off a cliff.

I’ve never received this medal. I believe in Arena I’ve met the requirements so I assumed like many of the specific weapon kill medals that it was only available to be acquired in Warzone. Unfortunately there are also not many opportunities for this medal to be obtained in Warzone (at least that I’ve come across).

I got it in Warzone playing Arc…outside blue base. Opponent had a ghost and I was laying fire into him, he tried to run me over but missed and he went off the map into the water or whatever.
