Say 1 Positive Thing About Infinite

The core gameplay is very good, I would say it’s a contender for Halo 3 and Reach.

It’s got a really nice art-style

At least the multiplayer part is free.

And then another positive thing is I have Game Pass, so I won’t have to worry about wasting money on the Campaign.

I really like how each weapon has a role and dont over lap each other

Sorry but you forgot the battle rifle exists… the gun that invalidates what you just said.

In terms of good things, I think the skill curve for pistol and assault rifle has some nice depth and overall they handled those 2 weapons very well in my opinion!

Grenade toss mechanics are good too! And the sound of those hitting the ground is nice and satisfying.

I for one actually like the fact that there’s no core progression system. Ignoring the Battle Pass and Ranked mode, this is one off the most chill Halos ever because it’s not an XP-Farming number contest. Challengepalooza sure, but at least challenges need to be done creatively.

Sound

20 charizards.

The bots are excellent. I’m not a PvP player so being able to play the multiplayer with bots is a godsend for me.

The only two things I need are more bots (so I can do 12v12 BTB games) and support for vehicles and turrets.

It’s the closest 343 have gotten to making a Halo multiplayer feel like a proper Halo multiplayer.

This is the best multiplayer I’ve played since H3

Whilst I have a lot to criticize which isn’t a bad thing, I just want 343 to make this game enjoyable, especially for my causal friends on console.

The weapons are for the most part, all unique and very nice looking, with a specific place in the meta

It is the best Halo game to me, and best multiplayer shooter since 2001’s Tribes 2.

It’s by far in my opinion the best Halo experience that 343 has created from scratch to date. They seem to finally be finding their footing in that respect and aren’t doing as much re-inventing of the wheel that they seemed to think was necessary in their earlier games.

@Yo_Erk It’s beautiful grafically, artistically, and musically, fun to play, despite aim assist issues, and diverse customization should you actually get some armor. Feels good, and has potential. I hope with this one last beta 343 gets everything straightened out and fine tuned, because this thing is beautiful.

The game is fundamentally fun.

It’s super fun and refreshing compared to games like COD where you need to grind for a gun to remain competitive.

Lots of negative stuff on here because it’s a forum for feedback.

Despite my thoughts on the compromised armour coating system

A positive I can give Halo Infinite with full confidence is the gameplay, its soooo fun to play. satisfying and making good use of the sandbox in turn, very reactive and old school in a good way.

Happy to add to those saying the sandbox feels right. Took a bit of time to get the aiming feeling right (with some help from Reddit) but I’m happy now with the balance of weapons. The AR is still a bit overpowered but there is a skill-curve there and as I’ve improved with the sidearm feel like I do have a choice in how I approach different situations.

Streets is like my least favorite map and plays nothing like guardian or lockout…… lol

It’s not like Halo 5. :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:
