It isn’t something needed for the game, and I would rather they spend that time on the story, or multiplayer, rather than on making a skull that isn’t needed.

Dude, its a -Yoinking!- line, modify angle from 120 degrees down? to full. It’s within a day.

…how can you determine which skull is in need and which is not? Like we’ve never had nonsensical skulls before

I’m fairly certain, in fact I’m positive that they already have the skulls made, and in the game. Adding another would mean a bit more work than I would want them to put into skulls now that it’s already finished.

How is it that this skull is unneccasary but Grunt Birthday, Funeral, and Scarab are?

I loved that skulls, and I loved how many and funny were the skulls in H2A. Halo 5 could be awesome and skulls can do it infinite… And this “berserk” skull may be crazy. Halo is a physics intensive saga, just blowing away enemies, vehicles and scenario stuff is dirty funny… And an “unchained” meteoric punch should feel amazing.
