"Saved Games Are Still Uploading"

As I recently had to pack away my Xbox 360 due to lack of space, I uploaded my saves/etc. to the cloud for use on Xbox One. However, when I launch Halo: Reach on my Xbox One, I get a message stating that my save is still uploading (despite doing that days ago) and that my progress moving forward may become lost.

Will repeating the upload fix this? Or did something go horribly wrong and I’m now screwed?

If you still have access to your 360, check your save file in the cloud to make sure the save file you want is still either there or on a local drive. Then, try booting up Reach on your 360. It should force a sync. Then, delete any saves you might have for Reach on your Xbox One and start up the game there again. That should do get you your saves on your One.

If the above does not work, go back to your 360 and move the save to a local drive. Then, move it back to the cloud and wait for the upload to complete, ie., don’t back out and let the 360 upload the save at a later time. Again, delete any save you might have on Xbox One and start up Reach there again.
