I think every involved halo player is starting to realize the downfall of halo. 343 Industries has forgotten how to make a good halo game and now it seems like they are just focusing on profits. It very much seems like they know that they are ruining halo and, rather than trying to fix it and save it they are trying to milk it for every penny worth they can get. The new REQ system is so stupid. I am a player who likes to collect everything within a game and get 100% completion yet to do that with this new REQ system you either need a pocket full of cash, and i mean a LOT of cash or you need a to devote your time to constant grinding with those REQ points which may i point out i usually only play for 2 hours tops before i get bored as hell with this game. It gets dull wayyyyy too easily. Back in the day halo used to be really fun. Custom matching with your friend over split-screen or playing co-op campaign (again over split-screen) were some of the most fun aspects of halo. Now this is where i get so mad with Halo 5. No split-screen. That’s right no damn split-screen anymore. 343 has said that players have moved on and play online more that in the same room now a days. Maybe this is true i don’t know the exact statistics but i do now i’m not so damn lazy as to ask a friend over to play a little halo. Is 343 encouraging us to be lazy? Well why dont you give a free diaper to everyone who pre-orders halo 6 because that’s how lazy gamers are getting and how lazy producers want them to be. All in all I think we need to raise more awareness of this issue, I’ve loved halo since i was 7 years old and I would hate to see it keep going in the direction it’s heading. So please share this thread, make a youtube video, or make your own thread but, please in whatever way you can spread the word and more gamers will take action. Stop pre-ordering halo 6 or halo wars 2. Stop buying Gold REQ packs with your money and stop giving your hard earned cash to 343 Industries. In doing this the two most probable outcomes are; 343 will start listening to the original halo fans or, Halo will die. Sadly in my eyes the latter would be better than for halo to continue in the way it’s going. Thank you for taking the time to read this and I hope you will take action yourself (:
