I’m very much aware of how to avoid this, however those videos came out after the fact when most of us already had our save corrupted.
I guess this is the end of the road then. I wasn’t deep into the game but I’m also not gonna redo what I’ve already done, so back to Destiny it is, and when that gets boring because it usually does, back to Netflix. Halo Infinite is such a disappointment.
Has Anybody Has solution yet? has your tickets resolved? I have played countless hours, is there away to fix that?
And no response from the developers on the official halo support and no response on social media, really scandalous for a major problem for a AAA game, if this problem is not fixed, I would not play infinite anymore, do everything from the start no way.

I’ve started a new campaign like 4 hours ago playing only with my mouse+keyboard, so far haven’t got the pop-up and I did a couple of pc restarts to make sure if the “Continue” option will load the save and it does.
I know it sucks to do the campaign again, but good thing is the game kept my collectibles from the previous campaign, I only have to play the missions again of course.
Might not really be a solution but at least it is a workaround in the meanwhile.
I was fully expecting to need to do all the collectibles. If that’s the case I might be able to cheese the tank turret and just work through all the missions to get to where I left off.
I am soo piss off it’s not even funny lol, I have lost over 5 hours of just hard work and game play, I was at the part where you try to jump in on to the pelicon and save the pilot cut sceen and my game just started spassing out and then I close it out and try to reopen it and boom its gone. so im kinda not going to play this game till this stupid idioctic situation is fixed
Same here. At 88 percent on a legendary run. Collected everything on the map. Don’t want to start again. Very frustrating. Tried everything
343 please fix this. The longer this takes the more people you will lose on this game.
Put in a solid no-lifer 8 hours yesterday (on top of my existing 6 or so hours) only to crash when transitioning from a mission to the open world. Upon loading the game back up I get a count down but nothing happens. I would really love at least a response on this issue from 343 because I have been loving the campaign so far and want to continue but literally just cant at this point.
I was just playing it, had 86% completion and was literally storming Escharum’s gates when my grapple bugged out, so I restarted my game and got a sign in prompt when I already was, now my save that had more than half a week’s time on it is now at 0%, I am livid, literally going to hijack a pelican and activate the halo array, goodbye humanity, goodbye all of existence, microsoft you’re next, I’m firing the halo rings and none of you can stop me.
Been playing on a Legendary playthrough, had just finished the sentinel boss (second time) went up into the elevator and came at a loading screen. Game decides to crash at the loading screen, and now the save is unable to open cause of the same issue like everyone else here. Did all the side missions too on that save.
Sent a ticket to Halo Support and they said there’s not much they can do asof now. It’s really defeating to have this happen to me and all of you, been avoiding spoilers for so long I don’t think I can last another month. It also doesn’t help how I don’t have the time in my life to just start over too, so now I’m very : ( .
Same issue here. Days of grinding Legendary just wasted after the save stopped loading. Just counts down then nothing. No message/prompt describing the issue or anything that might lead to a solution. Shame, the campaign was fun.
And now that I think of it, I almost don’t want to start over from the beginning. What’s stopping the game from doing it again? Do I wait a month or longer til an update comes around that adresses the issue?
Cmon 343, if you knew this issue was in the game and know were gonna experience it can you at least acknowledge it, and tell us your working on it?
I can’t even start a new campaign with this issue. all my saves get corrupted no matter what. the thing I spent $60 on is literally not playable. and I doubt I can get a refund since I “played” for like 15 hours even though that’s all erased. effing scammed
Yup. Me too. About 9 hours in. 12% progress. Unbelievable
same here man just beat that boss also and when i went into the portal my game crashed and now the countdown just hits 0 and nothing, can’t even start a new game because those get corrupted also. not sure what to do anymore…
same exact thing happened to me, so sad 
same, had 15 hours on this with 80% completion on legendary. Hopefully they fix this, the good thing is that the game is very enjoyable so it won’t be so bad to start over.
Finally found others experiencing my issu. Commenting just to say wtf bring attention, and I hope there’s a fix. Beyond frustrated.
