Save data issue SOLVED

As I already write:

Disconnect from Internet from your console.
Turn off the xbox (HARD RESET = press button for 6/7 seconds until shutting off).
Wait 20/30 seconds and then turn on the console.
Reconnect to Internet.

This are working for the “save data” issue (lobby connecting )

Pls confirm if it helps

Sure you follow exactly these steps?
For me and others was OK. Suggested by xbox support.
