Same thing’s been happening to me lately. Supposedly a patch was released on Nov. 2nd that fixed that but clearly it didn’t work. Now I don’t know what to do.

I LOVE HALOWARS2.
So…Sad.
Just played a few hours ago… Loaded up… All deleted… This game is constantly letting me down.
This is madness. I simply don’t understand why this issue hasn’t been resolved yet.
It becomes uneasy because there is no announcement
343 is not willing to fix?
It suffers great damage for the entire HALO series.

I’ve recently just lost some profile information, specifically some cut scenes are no longer view able from the theatre, completed side objectives from the spearhead campaign are no longer recorded and I’ve also lost my skirmish information as well. But the game strangely enough has the right rank level.

I’m having a similar issue of any DLC campaign information not saving (e.g. campaign logs, objectives).

I was in trouble. Victims are on the rise …, halo will die , ,
I got that bug too. Good to know it’s not just me. Phoenix Logs that should be unlocked are not, cinematics that are lock even though I’ve finished the level.
Just throwing my two cents here, my son and I can’t even play anymore since it erases my games saves after I shut the xbox off. Can some one from support comment on one of these forums? Bought AtN go to play Spear-breaker to start, save halfway through because we don’t have time to finish a mission in a sitting with my son, we come back and it is all gone. Happened 4 times before we gave up playing altogether. Love this game, but it is unplayable now with save functions broken.

Just happened to me as well.
Hi all, i just deleted my install on Xbox one X and reinstalled and this seems to have resolved the problem - worth a try (problem seems to have happened after updates so a fresh reinstall is worth trying here)…

I hope you’re right. I’ve heard of others who uninstalled the game and tried reinstalling it only for something to go wrong. Just so we’re clear: ‘uninstall’ and ‘delete’ are the same thing here, right?

I have heard different reports on this as well, some times it goes really wrong and they lose all DLC when uninstalling that they couldn’t get back w/o paying again. If anyone has a different story I would love to hear it, because I would be willing to do that. Just afraid to un-install and loose all my data. But I am not on a One X either though 
I deleted then reinstalled but to be clear this allowed me to start again and then save progress from that point. It didnt bring back previous saves (although i retained by multiplayer rank which wasnt an issue anyway)…
