I was thinking that in addition to Spartan Ops, or maybe as a season 2, their could be Sangheili (Elite) Ops that show the conflict from the Covenant’s perspective. It could be almost Halo 2 style in how it changes points of view. One week we could get an episode of the UNSC’s side, the next week the Covenant’s, and so on.
I really miss the Two sided story from Halo 2. It’s what made the game’s story soo interesting. I love it. Like we could play as Crimson, and then maybe one of Jul M’dama’s spec op teams. And as an ordinance option, KNIGHTS!

I think they should add a segment into the campaign where a few elites enlisted in the UNSC forces help out the main character, just as a continuity nod- Maybe even let you play as elites in co-op for a few if not all of the missions. After all, where are Arbiter and his elites? According to the lore, Arbiter is fighting splinter groups at Halo 4’s time, and one such splinter group aligning themselves with something like the promethians and practically taking over a planet has to be worthy of at least a little Sangheili attention.
I’ve found it odd that they’ve been focusing on these post-Covenant terrorist factions, when they could invest a little in the Sangheili Armed Forces sending some of their commandos to help the Spartan branch of the UNSC. That would be great.
