you want my answer? I think its ganna be something like Spec-Ops missions or something…hopefully other players could change their armor typse though

He said there is a “good chance there will be an ‘Elite Ops.’” This is not confirmation.
Also, I still see nothing about Elites being fully playable in multiplayer/MatchMaking.
I’ll start celebrating when he actually gives details on what “Elite Ops” is and when he says Elites will be fully playable in MM/Infinity/whatever.

That was obvious.
It’s the story behind the Elites and their presence in the various OPs Series that I was interested in. We now know Thel 'Vadam is alive and well and has a role to play, which significantly impacts what we know of Elites in Halo 4 so far.
So what type of Special Operations would they be involved in? Who would they be fighting?
Rebels? Humans? Ancient threat? All of the above?

I think that “good chance” is if Spartan OPs turn out to be a success they’ll probably end up making another series like it.
So if you want Elite OPs you need to enjoy Spartan OPs and make it worth their while to make another multiplayer campaign!

It might still be true, it would be plausible, but I wouldn’t get excited just yet.
The main problem here is that 343i randomly releases info over at neogaf but not here, which makes for great trolling (the famous post). Just like Bungie did before they quit Halo, care more for CoD and 3rd party sites then their own site and community, disgraceful.

Not getting excited because the post was fake… 
Still it’s a major problem, because trolls take advantage of the hopeful fans. (Like myself)
Now about them being on their own site… Yeah, Bungie stayed with us, almost, to the end.
But from what I’ve seen on here, 343i prefers to talk on other sites rather than their own… (Excluding Angel and the Monitors)

there I was thinking that 'Telcam’s forum had succeeded… alas, they have defeated us again…
I know many Elite players and they would be sad. But given the circumstances of the Infinity and the broken truce, I don’t think it could even be possible for Elites to be playable. Plus, there weren’t many Elite players on Reach because they were only available in like 2 or 3 gametypes. But maybe 343i will ad a new playable species, you never know…
but we want elites…it is a great symbol to us
And here I was thinking that the Elite community mattered to 343i. Silly me.
And yes, I am bitter, but I’ll get over it.
-Yoink- trolls… But seriously. We are the largest, most organized group on waypoint. This post is almost 100 pages long now. At least some minor awcknolegdment would be nice! They cant have missed us, seeing as how active, and long living this thread is. Not to mention the monumnetal size. I mean, its the larges thread on waypoin!
Come on frankie, give us at least a reason. If they arent going to be in the game, tell us why. Dont give me any of this canon nonsense, there are countless reasons why they could work, and one why they coudlnt.
