I honestly hate 343 Industries, they’re changing Halo too much:
-No elites
-No firefight, Spartan Ops, aka Cod Spec Ops Halo style
-They ignored their fanbase
-the multiplayer has a -Yoinking!- story, a stupid one too
-they -Yoinked!- machinimas over
-they’re putting custom loadouts in MP, which is debatable whether that’s a good idea
-they made chief look weird, seriously, they need to fix him
My only faith in 343 is the fact that they make games pretty and write good books. I believe they will cripple Halo, and have to LISTEN TO THEIR FANS, that’s what I liked about Bungie, their fans were top priority, 343 just wants to add some stupid -Yoink- that no one wants for their own pleasure.
i would love for the Elites to back to multiplyer, but I don’t think that will happen because the multiplayer will be focused on the Spartan 4s and the story with the UNSC Infinity along with SpartanOps, I just don’t see how elites can fit in.
Maybe in some form of DLC.

Agreed, we’ll see how things go, hopefully it won’t be much if they do.
Even though I don’t care about Elites in multiplayer, I want to give a shutout to You the Elite community. For keeping this thread alive and strong instead of making a new one every five min on this subject like the yoinks comparing Halo 4 to CoD. Keep it up guys and hopefully 343 will see this.

Hope they will Halo 4 for MM but from what the recnt topic named Unbiased confimination info (key words) they seem playable in campaign,
Elite’s playable only in campaign? If having a story for multiplayer is the reason they excluded them. Why the hell would they turn up playable during MC’s story?

This completely contradicts their reasons for taking them out of Competitive MM.

If not, it was almost a month ago.
Which was a month before we had any info Sangheili (Elites) being removed from Competitive MM.

What if you unlocked the ability to play as an elite through ranking up high enough? (Like an aesthetic thing?)

Did anyone read the little tid-bit in one of the pictures in the GI about this? It said: “Competitive multiplayer focuses on the Spartan VI’s. Elites will not be playable.”
Note that is says competitive multiplayer. Not all of multiplayer.
So… who’s to say that they wont be in custom games and casual playlists as usable characters? They just cant take elites out to begin with and it would seem logical to take them out of action that should be Spartan v Spartan to make things fair and level.
tl;dr: Just don’t count the dinos out yet, there may be hope until we hear otherwise.
