Despite the limited Sangheili customisation options in the game, the Ultra armour from Reach. One of the most bad*ss looking imo

Personaly I like the H3 armor.
Edit: I do also like the spec-ops from Reach, and absolutly the shadow armor.

Yes. I’m sure my young self would agree, but I’d hate to see my young self be crying to see them not playable again. =(
I just found this halo wars 2 model depicting a flood combat form of a marine. (Looking real good BTW) but it made me think, wheres the eilte combat form? So far I have only seen the brute and marine forms. Im afraid that it would rather repetive if we only had differnt forms, not counting jugger, er, sorry, ‘abomenation’ and the infection forms.
We need ELITES!
I’ve noticed that the Halo 2 anniversary Elites look similar to the Elite design in Halo 4 and 5 which is why I don’t understand why they can’t just simply add them as a playable race. I mean technically they’ve done it before with Halo 2 anniversary so why not just add them in the upcoming Halo 6 as a permenant playable race as an option. As much as I am a hardcore Spartan fan, I just love the idea of having Elites as a playable race. So please 343 if I could ask for anything to be in Halo 6 I would ask for playable Elites, give the Elites some love again.

Yes indeed we do need them! They’re important to every aspect of the Halo universe, especially multiplayer gameplay!

I like it, but it lacks ballistic protection over their belly, their hands and necks are compleatly exposed, they lack elbow protection and don’t get me started on their feet. All in all, they have potential, but right now, the look a little primitive.
Glad to see this thread is still going strong after all these years!
I’m still in full support of Elites in matchmaking (and some new freaking Covenant vehicles), and will be forever.
Fun facts, sanghelios has three stars. I don’t know if this is really notable in halo 5 missions though. It also has a very smilar if not exact atmospheric makup as earth.

sanghelios also has a red sky but that wasn’t shown in the games
