Instead of two different armors, Halo 2 have two different shades for common Elites… I knew something was wrong in my comment.
Zealots lost their armor (and the ability to fire a weapon) along with spec ops but instead they didn’t have the grey as secondary color, there is just less “detail” on Halo 2.

Having a lot of pages doesn’t make playable elites come. It’s about how much time the devs have to make them and if they even want to have them in MP.

A lot of the devs want to add them, but Microsoft specifically told 343i to not focus on playable Sangheili for Halo 5 and more on competition.

Wait wowowo! They did? Why wasn’t I told?!
MICROSOFT?! -Yoink- you! I’m serious, they have been the bane to this as much as they’ve been the funding! They must understand that enjoyment brings funds! If I respect them, I will buy their products! If they REALLLY make the elites awesome and playable (and I know I’ve been talking about them for so long, it’s literally this forum so I’ve gotta mention it, haha!) in a big way and have extra bonuses like new armour, and stuff that other players wouldn’t get even though they are balanced, than I would buy that! But mind you, I wouldn’t spend $25 on a dlc that merely has playable elites with you know, armour, and stuff, but when they are only secluded to customs, forge, and don’t even have assassinations or stances! I would pay 25, no no no 30! For Project Warthog! Because if there is anything, I WANT playable elites so badly, but you know what? For all I know Microsoft is staring at this right now, and I want to represent the side that says “I’m not paying 50 bucks, not 30, not even 25 for an Elite beta!”.
Sorry, you brought up Microsoft and I went Feral again, but If I ever support my side of the table way too far, just know that I support 343, NOT Microsoft! Never will I ever support Microsoft, and I think they’ve learnt their lesson now to keep their dirty paws off these games or I’m not gonna buy them!
(Halo 4 felt like a fantastic game that Microsoft gave 343 and immense budget to make a nice Campaign off of, but kind’ve skipped the multiplayer because, like they said, they hired people who DIDN’T like Halo to change it around. It was there first time, and I respect that!)
(Second time however! Making Halo 5, I think Microsoft went a little too far considering that damn flaw that is Cortana returning, destroying everything I loved about Halo 4 :,(, and bringing back classic multiplayer but AGAIN forgetting Elites! I think that now is good time to punish them, but support 343! Cause I think they are a bunch of Quality designers who want to make a fantastic game but are being shackled by these things, causing them to feel secretly sorry to the community once it airs.)

Ohohoho no it ain’t believe me, but what I think is goin on, is the fact that there is a misunderstanding here for most people who run on the fact that Playable Elites would be useless because they’re there to satisfy a small community, but they’re not, there is a clear demand here and a great amount has been put forward to say it so! They wouldn’t probably understand how important it is to us, unless they got attached to them like me, and many others have. The fact that they haven’t been here further proves that they aren’t listening, but the fact that there are clues spread throughout of the talk that is playable elites, I think they are! And if they are, I respect them, because they are working their butts off for a mechanic that would, truly, if you look at it, reel in a lot of people, introduce a new funny awesome and serious type of game, and implement it in such a way so that everyone can play them on every gamemode, I’m not gonna say the method cause I’ve done it a thousand times already!
Once they see how much of a great inclusion and faith factor it would be to the very many, thousands of people who want them and would be interested to try them, it would be spectacular. Hell, as I said, if they did it right and made them spectacular, I’d spend a good 25 to have them forever, get their updated armour selection and even assassinations, stances, decals emblems everything and it would be awesome! Because after all, if it’s gonna have to make money in their eyes, why not do it that way. Hell I’d support them for that. And when it comes, I will have their faith forever! It may not be easy to implement, but theres a window of fantastic opportunities to get people playing that they’d be missing without them!

I hate to assume, but I have a feeling that Lemonade just read the topic title then the most recent page and decided to not put any research into this and then present an argument that has no reasoning but hey that’s just me

The Sangheili community has as much right to be represented in the games as the Spartan community. So, like Warthog, I am curious about you reasoning. So true! And that’s what most of our conversations are for, to solutionize that! But if there are any flaws in the system we create or if there is any other system anyone else has, please post it, because I’d love to see the best way to add them! In fact! Anyone reading, if you ever have any ideas about that, please say so, or even for cosmetic, or even aiming at what they could add to elites if they are added back, because I don’t wanna leave out any good info!

I just don’t know what to put for ground pound or stabilizer. Honestly, I could do without them, wouldn’t be a great loss for me, but I want to accommodate everyone’s wants that I feel are reasonable.

Ok, I am talking about the really small stuff though, like it being harder to hit the elite head from behind. Thats not a problem, just a specific challenge that comes with a specific foe. The hitbox thing can be refind, but is no reason to not have elites. They made it work in halo 3. I don’t mean to upset anyone if I did, I just believe sometimes its beast not to be too picky. I agree with you. I should have worded it better.
