That is, gasp my word A gigantic -Yoinking!- WHA-dood that’s awesome, that is literally everything probably wanted, and it’s beautiful man, But I can see! Do you dabble a good bit in the lore cause I haven’t really seen it as much as I’d like to. As I said, I reiterate the idea of just, you know, plain descriptions, the ones from the older games, and the newer ones, and I believe I got off on the wrong set of legs, I actually, usually kind’ve ignore the actual Reach’s design and go directly for the concept, they made them bigger, and isolated them enough to be awesome to play for the casual side, as they were never seen in competitive. I was just thinking, knowing 343, that they’d a model elite, right? Just a standard, BUT here’s where things get awesome! You can change the tone of skin with scrollers that would have the name of that phenotype engraved in. And of course, the ability to darken and lighten the skin in that range of acceptable elite colours we’ve seen so far, maybe even add a new phenotype that they might’ve liked! I want them to have fun with this you know? And if they do, than we will most likely as well. As for the size however! I would absolutely love that, but here’s the kicker. I personally think it would rile even more controversy if we had the ability to make an elite smaller than a Spartan, in which case, nobody would-well I mean SOMEBODY would, but, if it’s possible it might introduce a whole new balancing issue altogether. But, if we keep the sizes available for say, maximum small is about the size of a Spartan. And maximum big? Well you can basically go as high as some of the Elites we see in the campaign, Jul M’dama! I think that would work fantastic, and would than make one of the most fantastic Halo Sanghelli customizations ever, this is actually amazing man I love it! But, you made it man! You take credit!
By the way, Something I never thought of up to this point. That freakin wide customization would be SENSATIONAL, opportunities to endulge in old armour, some new armour (if they implement it) AND but here’s the awesome part, wearing rare and VERY difficult to achieve armour pieces from THE CAMPAIGN AND OTHER LEADING ELITES?!
That is the best idea I have ever, like how could I have forgotten that man! My hat goes off to you again! Anymore now and I’ll be bald man, you are awesome!

Guys! This man is a champ and deserves acknowledgement! 343! this kid is a champ!

Thx my dude. I do dabble a bit in the lore you could say. But more importantly, I have put an immense amount of time and research into discovering and adding any official Sangheili Combat Harnesses I could to this list of hyperlinks and Phenotypes. Speaking of the Phenotypes, you said something about a wonderful picture of a phenotype in your last post. Which image exactly were you talking about, just out of curiosity?

Also, I’m really liking your thinking on the biological customization, and I heavily agree with your ideas. Scrolling through the Sangheili names for these Subspecies and then picking a skin color that that subspecies canonically can have. And yeah, it’d be nice to have all the Sangheili armor sets (especially considering the fact that Halo 5 has at least 229 Spartan Armor Sets, and that list I created has like 30-40), from ones predating the Covenant to ones created during the Covenant to ones used after the fall of the Covenant Empire, just so you could interchange them whenever you wanted to. And you mentioned rarity among these Combat Harnesses. I actually have a second post/list I update periodically that lists all of these armors in Halo 5’s rarity system.

I need more of a guarantee then “we’ll try.” Do or do not. Preferably do. Comments like that just feel very wishy-washy to me, almost like they’re saying “it probably won’t happen so don’t get your hopes up.”

If this is True that they will try to get them in Halo 6, then with some luck we will get what we need/ Cross your fingers ladies and gentlemen/

> Well, I suppose this is the best thing we have then. I trust you, but if you happen to find it send a link our way k?

I’m looking though old threads where 343 confirmed no elites in h5 and looking up past live streams/interviews. So far I can’t find them saying they’ll try (but I can’t even find them saying no even though a thread talks about it, they linked the stream but it’s no longer live and I can’t watch it).

Ultimately tho we know h5 won’t get them but h6 might or 343 could downplay them again. While looking through some of those old threads I’ve actually learned a few reasons/speculations on why 343 don’t have them tho (sure most of you guys already have heard of these many excuses/reasons/speculations). You have balance issues, which ultimately I think can be resolved so long as you guys are ok with them downgrading their size to Spartan size, making the hitboxes the same size, and if that can’t work then have a playlist built for their model only then, then there’s the cannon excuses which I really don’t understand. I saw the mentions of the anvil and how it’s a training simulation, ect ect. My issue with this as a whole regardless of playable elites is multiplayer should never be cannon, and cannon shouldnt be what decides on what gets into the game. I don’t mind multiplayer being cannon “if” done right, but there’s many things 343 missed out on if they’re seriously letting cannon dictate what goes in and what stays out. I can’t really get into the cannon argument since I’ve never cared, but in that thread both sides argued for and vs it using canonical reasons.

Soo? If he has some viable insight and opinions constructively made, I think it’s okay for him to jump on the band wagon.

If he has an unfair wrong or unjust thought, we will help set him straight.

All are welcome to voice themselves frely (respectively of course)

ChocolateRay618 were back at the ideas good to see ya man been a while. I have not made much comments in the forum for a while but it seem fine

-Yoink- adjustable height, just give elites, 5 armor sets, and hear the community complain, these people will never be happy.

? Are you mad at us? We just want Elites back with a relatively decent amount of customization like spartans have.

If it’s what I said earlier I held no hostility in my words. I didn’t mean to upset you

I was wondering when this thread would appear again, we need elites 343

I think he’s talking about the competitive community, though I could be wrong. If I am, then his post is kind of unfounded, as I think I’ve summarized almost everything that we could ask for.

If that’s the case, I feel a bit silly… lol

As would the rest of us. Or maybe even have Arbiter with his very own team (Like Rtas 'Vadum, N’tho Sraom, Usze 'Taham, Kola 'Baoth, or even Tul 'Juran).
