I still think that elites should get to customize there energy sword colors, wouldn’t that be awesome? even if it weren’t a loadout it would still change the color of the sword to your color when you pick it up.

Well yes, I want my cool red energy sword.
I laugh every time I see someone yell at us that this is just a revived dead thread, I really wish a mod would just put red text in the OP saying this is the official elite thread like they did with the sprint thread… btw brothers that thread soon will overpower us, what we’ve done in 4 years they have done in a few months. We are all old broken men compared to the growth of such a young thread.

Last I checked, they aren’t losing fans over weather people can sprint or not. like they are without playable elites. That’s something 343 and Microsoft should look at and take into account.
My fellow Sangheili warriors, the odds of the Elites returning as playable are close nothing, but maybe instead of Halo 6 after Halo Wars 2, a Halo Sangheili spin off, kinda like Halo 3: ODST, but instead of the ODST, play as the Swords Of Sangheilos

I’d rather have a version of warzone firefight where you could play as several other species, like horde mode in Gears of War.
I want Elites back in multiplayer and campaign. Halo 2 Arbiter campaign was fun…fighting with grunts and such. Halo 3 had fighting with covenant allies, even flood allies for a short time. I don’t even remember Halo 4 campaign and the Halo 5 campaign was meh and not too interesting, even though I did enjoy some backround stories like the Argent Moon.

For Halo 5 it’s confirmed there will be no Elite’s Released. However when talking about an AI on the pop thread about adding AI to Forge a 343I Teased that Elites may return in Halo 6 as there are a few members up in 343I that are wanting them back as well. However this is unconfirmed. Mostly just rumors for Halo 6. But hope is still hope.

I’m fairly sure there is not an energy sword for every color in the spectrum, just a few. But I could be wrong. But it would make no sense for it to change to your preferred color when you pick it up since different energy swords have different capabilities.

but the existing sword variants already have different colors…wont this serve to confuse players?
