Polling people is taking it into consideration. They’ve also taken A.I. In forge into consideration but can’t do it. If you people go with the assumption that 343 don’t take our wants into consideration I’ll gladly give you a list of every community want/need for every game out there that has yet to happen, and then I’ll say they ignore their fans even tho it isn’t true. Giving consideration is the simple thought of thinking something over, polling people is obviously doing that. It does not require one to meet the goal, but rather just think it over. What you’re really saying is 343 doesn’t always do what the community wants, as that is more credible than saying they don’t take things into consideration.

They take what people ask for into consideration, it is just time constraints that more than likely come into play. Which causes whatever we are asking for at the time, not to be included for a period of time. This then causes people to become unhappy for the wait they have to sit through. The amount of time is sometimes insane and the upset fans have valid reasoning however.

It’s because it was never on their agenda.I guess they didn’t see it as something with great practical value,but for those who played Halo:Reach extensively it bears great sentimental and symbolic value.Damn its been awhile since I posted,feels liberating to do so.

It’s only rumored.
It’s safe to say that it won’t and that they will never come to Halo 5. The known future Halo 5 content includes Forge on Windows 10, the file browser updates, and probably more req stuff and Forge pieces as usual. Still nice stuff for those who actually play the game at least.
I just don’t see how elites were not included from the get-go. Four of the missions (almost a third of the game) were devoted entirely to Humanity’s alliance with the Sangheili. Shoot, I mean one of the missions is actually called “Alliance”.
I thought that the new Sanctum warzone map set on Sanghelios would have have Swords of Sanghelios elites guarding the bases, instead of random marines.
For that matter, why are there simulated UNSC bases on Sanghelios to begin with. By the same logic, elites should be pitching tents on Earth due to the apparently one-sided alliance. So many questions. This new fabled update may hold the answers.
Not sure if this has been said already but I think that it wouldn’t fit in the game. The multiplayer is a simulation now and Its meant for Spartans. Unless the Swords Of Sanghelios joins. I doubt that would happen tho. What do you guys think?

It could also be argued that it makes much more sense to fight Sangheili in a training simulation rather than other Spartans.

Not true.
The wargames simulation is indeed to train the spartans. There is this thing called the Anvil Initiative that is a joint UNSC-SoS operation. What that amounts to is Elites and spartans together in wargames aka the simulation that is multiplayer. In cannon Elites are in wargames. It makes sense that Spartans 4s train to battle with SoS allies and against both human enemies and ex covies
SoS has joined in.
