I think its a little late for that unless they add story DLC in the next few months. The best I can hope for is a spin off Elite focused game. Acceptable is halo 6 with halo 3 level Elite gameplay. But I think its too late for Halo 5.

As long as more people come to understand that it is too late for Halo 5: Guardians, then that is all that matters. Instead of looking at this title looking to future titles is what we should be looking for. I was talking about the amount of game play as an Elite. Halo 3 had a good amount.
well when I say I want playable elites in halo 5 I want it to beta the elites I want 1 armour 1 assassination that’s it so when I play as an elite I give feedback saying the elites on map blah doesn’t work because blah.
then with halo 6 go all out new assassinations for elites tons of armour (listed in this thread somewhere) starting weapons ect that’s my hope for elites in halo 5 and beyond.
and with invasion well warzone invasion 12 elites vs 12 Spartans and with game modes well warzone no competitive BTB elite slayer ect you guys get the point.

I personally think (even though it might be a dumb idea) use the elite armor system similar to the spartan armor system we have currently, Like the Elite officer helmet on the zealot body armor.

I really hope they can make the hitboxes like that of the spartans so we can use them in arena. it’s kinda lame to only use them in some. It should be that we get to use them wherever we want. Hence, why they should be like the H2 Anniversary Elites.

Here is some history for you all. Halo 2 had playable elites and started MLG. Obviously past games didn’t have an issue with playable elites. If playable elites were a problem they would not of been in halo 3, or reach. The competitive side gets PAYED to play. The competitive side only has certain Gamemodes they use. Adding playable elites in only certain Gamemodes won’t affect the gameplay at all. If you have a problem with playable elites. Just because you don’t like playable elites doesn’t mean the rest have to suffer.
