Wait, so if a different studio made H2A multiplayer does that mean they can’t use the models? I mean, it’s strange, cus the H2 BR, H2 Beam Rifle, and Brute plasma rifles from Halo 5 look like rips from H2a? Cant they do the same for the Elites?

Things may be similar, but that doesn’t make them the same. However at the same time even if they are the exact same, there may be things on the business side of things not allowing it. Of course it might not be any reason as I mentioned either. Overall figuring out why they weren’t added in, or saying to port other things in isn’t worth the time. What would be worth it is looking to what can be done in the future.

I’m sure 343 would hold the legal rights to anything created for their Halo game. Don’t think they would agree to anything less.

Exactly my friends n Halo family.H5 should have been the most popular, profitable games in history. But they 343 tried to get rid of the greatest super heroes in all gaming, the MC. Now HC is correct and I like his analogy allot. But that said, I think he means 3rd party licencing contracts, so you do have to research those. With that said moving forword to expand your network is generaly always correct. But MS did invent the liscence and eula, they have a reputation for owning most work so history may be considered, but many game companies produce and dont make the games they own but do in fact as a common practice hire sub contractors for lack of a better term. Also, the supreme court with there new ruling on the 4th ammendment may also have a new impact on what is public domain. Still looking for the fcc position on that. Hello my friends, I bid you all be careful, The new ruling on the 4th ammendment could cause you a problem here and even the UK leaving the Euro union has reprecusions in games. The 4 amendment says all eletronic devices are not subject to your 4th ammem rights (unreasonable search and seizsure umong other right) Even certain language can cause you to lose your device, pc, XB and so on.
