Oh on the Sangheili Rebellion channel we pit that in our elite support playlist. It cracks me up every time I see it.
With the arbiter coming back as the co-Hero we could expect elites to come back as playable

Well it’s the thought behind it that it shouldn’t just die off. Though i can agree the single video on there doesn’t hold much up to gaining traction or showing any sort of message as to why they should be brought back. Simply adding videos into playlists will not gain the support necessary. If you will start up a YouTube Channel for playable Sangheili, at least put more effort into it guys!

I know I know. That’s snipers video from like a month or two ago, I was going to do another for yesterday but I didn’t have the time. If playable elites were added we would not go away. We would still be on the rise, sharing all kinds of Sangheili lore. But if playable elites disappeared again you know we would jump right back to it.
I played a match of Elite slayer last night on REACH, those aliens are fun to play with and have nice default classes to choose, that dodge roll and active camo. we need playable elites again.

Maybe one day they will return to us… in the meantime i currently have another video uploading for the Sangheili Rebellion… hopefully the other 7 people can make some videos to to help us.

I agree with all of your points. The thing that bugs me the most about the whole thing is that 343 wanted matchmaking to be canon and the fact that elites still aren’t playable despite it actually being canon really ticks me off.

It’s so easy to claim “laziness” in your position, isn’t it? Its not like they have limited time/resources or anything, right?
In all likelihood, adding playable Elites would take more time and manpower than the inclusion would be worth to most people. For what amounts to nothing but an aesthetic, it takes a lot more to make than an armor set.
