Is no one a little bit shocked by the fact that a monitor just gave a positive opinion about this thread? I honestly thought that they were all just waiting for good reason to lock the thread. Apparently I was wrong and I thank you for the support! It means a lot! Keep the fight going! There is no good reason to limit the players fun. Except maybe lack of resources which it very well may have been since I don’t really know if 343 does anything beyond halo. I guess when it comes down to it they can’t get to everything that everyone likes with the only money coming from one title. They must want to prioritize the biggest selling points for maximum profit. Nonetheless we will continue our campaign and hopefully gain more support so this feature becomes a major selling point for halo. Time will tell if we succeeded. Hope for Halo 6!

That is where our split in similarities is then, I have loved Halo like a religion since 2003, but now I’m thinking about quitting. In Halo 2-Reach playable elites put the player who picked an elite at a disadvantage because they have a bigger head, well if a disadvantage is what I need to make Halo’s multiplayer fun and challenging again then so be it and if I don’t see that happen then there is no point in buying Halo 6 because if my Halo 5 time reflects anything, it sadly is loss of interest.

Please god let this be true. This would be the coolest thing 343 could do with an update. They have to know by now this is something the community wants plus the fact that this is supposedly the last monthly update, unless they make more.

I would not get my hopes up for playable elites at any time in Halo 5. Halo 6 is where you should look, and if they are not there then I just won’t know how to react.

Again I speak for a good bit of people, we don’t want to wait x amount of years to play as a race that should never have been made unplayable.
If 343 told us “playable” Elites were going to be in halo 6, would we be happy with this or would we still want them in halo 5?
Just curious.
