Best if the Elites either come back in Halo 5 Guardians as free DLC/expansion or future Halo games because i miss using them sometimes in multiplayer.
Multiplayer in 4 and 5 being Spartans only is because the entire multiplayer is a Spartan simulation aboard the Infinity. Though with humans helping the Swords of Sanghelios in Halo 5, it could be possible that the Swords would later work with humanity. They kinda owe it to them for killing billions of humans because of Prophets lies.

It has been stated that elites actually have trained with spartans in simulations so it is not too far fetch for them to do this
Elites are what attracted me to halo in the first place since halo 2, I admire the idea of playing as an awesome alien. Elites are one of the main aliens of Halo, without playable elites what will become of halo in the future. Is it really that hard to give us playable elites, or is 343 like ‘‘Out with the old and in with the new’’ such as 343 thinks its time to let go of playable elites. That’s just my opinion.

I have a map ready for this eventuality, I would love to finally play some blargball.
I like to keep it mixed. In Halo Reach, I switch from Spartan and Sangheili back and forth from time to time. it’d be a real shame if they no longer become playable, but id like to see more customization options for them instead of armor presets for them. be a little experimental

I believe the reason elites have been left put of matchmaking is because of obvious balancing issues. Like I remember back in halo 3 were a Spartan player model could fit into a space and an elite could no. Plus it would be odd to see then with thrusters.

Yeah but thats 343’s fault for even adding such stupid -Yoink such as that and the other abilities. by the way it was obviously because of balancing issues but they could at least add them to forge and customs were balancing doesnt really matter.
I don’t know why people say, keep elites out of warzone because of balancing, when warzone is literally the most unbalanced game mode in halo ever.
And to those who want this thread locked because it’s old…this thread has 500+ pages…how did you not get the memo that this thread isn’t being locked any time soon?
I’ll sign it, It would be nice to have playable s\Sangheili again.
