Guys the sizing thing to me is compeltely possible…
i mean look at halo CE anniversary, they had no problem resizing them in that…i believe they can still resize them…
but even without resizing them…perks in halo 4 is a possiblity… so elite armor may be a good idea for perk idea…it has an advantage and disadvantage…what do you guys say
I never found a problem with the Elites in Halo 3 or Reach, i also never found a reason to why so people disliked them in matchmaking is there something i am missing here?

The Spartan supremacist community that think anything but a physically augmented post-human doesn’t belong in Halo. I have one thing to say to them: Sangheili are born as powerful as a Spartan they don’t need surgery to make their bones unbreakable and to make their reaction times 100x faster. Sangheili > Spartan.

I don`t think 343 would reintroduce The Covenant without their past clients(the Elites) but only time will tell.

The main issue is that putting no limits on Elites in all of matchmaking will not be greatly recepted by the rest of the Halo community. Well sorry for generalizing numbers after we went through that there “could be more that don’t go on the forums” a half dozen times already. You’re off topic because we went through that issue once, now we’re on another issue.

They get sniped very easily.
I would love to be an Elite. I always was an Elite in Halo 3, even when I unlocked recon armor I went back to an Elite one match after.

Actually, i did notice but didnt comment on it (actually i think i did a while back) but i was still trying to debate with myself weather i was an “Ender Wiggin” reference or a Minecraft reference…
Although i have only read the first one, they are really good books! (Ironically i noticed how mastercheifs backstory and Enders are somewhat interchangable… Age of six, elisted into the military…

Ahh, you guys caught me!
I’ve only read the first two ender books, couldn’t find the third one even though my brother had just read it, so in the meantime I switched to the “Ender’s Shadow” series until I also couldn’t find the next one in that series even though my brother had just read it. I didn’t want to buy a copy of a book we already had, and eventually kinda forgot about it.
But the Ender’s Game story will forever stick with me. How much it resembles Master Chief’s story partly led to my selection of my tag (aside from the fact that you can’t have a 16-character gamertag. Rrrrrg) and additionally Ender himself is just awesome. Come to think of it, I wonder if Ender’s story inspired MC’s backstory…
HAha, I just remembered running into a guy on LIVE whose tag was “Ender Wiggin” He’s probably sittin in his seat all comfy like “Yep. I’m the only one who’s got the real name trollface”
Remember, the enemy’s gate is down…To at least put something on-topic in this post, what does anyone think about separate elite factions. If I remember correctly they didn’t have Hunters and stuff on your side in Halo 3 simply to eliminate confusion, even though the great schism caused some of each species to align with Vadam. But in halo 4 they might have elites who have completely different armor, yet still recognizably Sangheili style.
Glasslands mention something about elites who weren’t aligned with Vadam, right?

Yeah, im starting to wonder where they got the idea for MCs back story (Im looking at you bungie)
But yea, after reading the book i looked at myself and young ender and saw WAY to many similarites… It was just creepy really…

I really hope Elites are coming back in Halo 4, I got rapidly bored in Halo Reach because I couldn’t play as an Elite in Matchmaking except for Invasion and Elite Slayer. I’d like to have Spartans and Elites with the same sizes back in every game type and with costumizable armors like in Halo 3. Please 343 Industries, listen to our requests.
