I’d be down for Elites in the game the way they were in Reach. I feel like most people want Elites back were bc of the advantage they held during game types like SWAT.

I bring this up because that is one of the favorite weapons for the Elites to use. Now technically it’s the Brute Plasma Rifle (which could mean Brutes might be in Warzone: Firefight), but regardless, the Plasma Rifle is coming back, maybe even the traditional Blue Plasma Rifle. Whose to say playable Elites won’t be playable in Warzone: Firefight?

Knowing the current system for REQs, it could be a “Sword Plasma Rifle”. Either way, I NEED this! We are one step closer to (possibly) having a classic Elite experience.

I do not know if that is true.
But I found a video that supports our desire to playa s Elites again.
There was a video someone made explaining why Elite should return in multiplayer. They do tell many reasons why. They gave three actually.
1: Elites had variety in multiplayer
They did having them in multiplayer would certainly separate Halo from other modern shooters which typically ahs only playable humans. Even being a super soldier doesn’t add to the variety, no matter the armor, or the faction. Even from a marketing standpoint it could give 343 an advantage over other shooters. Now some may think this isn’t huge at all, but there are a lot of gamers (including myself) who would want to play as something that is not human which goes further with the “playing as something your not” thing
2: It can keep a lot of fans happy,
Sure it is true that those who only play as Elites may not be the majority, but that doesn’t make our opinion relevant. even now, there is a lot of people who would love to play as an Elite. Sure, some like my brother did buy the game, but that doesn’t mean it did not and I quote “Leave a sour taste in the mouth” and it does add to the negativity to the games feedback.

3: Lore Aspect
The Joint training, the lore now explains why there are Elites in Halo’s Multiplayer as a joint training with Spartans. Kind of broke the lore some by not making them playable,
heck I haven’t played Halo 5 once, not even once. My bro only played it for a few weeks then dropped the game and uninstalled it. Some people will say that you should not blow it off because you didn’t give it a chance and how would you know if it was a bad game?. Well. I’m goanna make something clear
1: I never said the game was good or bad (cannot give that opinion if I haven’t played it, game experience 101)
2:To play the or buy a game that has nothing for me is pretty much telling 343 that I will give them money even if it doesn’t give anything to get excited for it to begin with and besides how many of you would or have skip playing a game if it disappointed you too much before release?
Anyway those three reasons came from a video called Halo 5: Top 3 Reasons Why Elites “MUST” Come Back! It’s on YouTube and they tell it better than I can. Look it up and see.
Then there was the comment someone made about me not being a “True fan” because of that decision. To them, I say if a game has nothing for me, it is not worth buying. Would they be implying that I should buy a game even if it disappointed me to the point where it just isn’t worth playing? Because its ludicrous to spend 60 dollars on a game that has nothing your looking for.Second, True fan is someone who likes the series as a whole, not buy every single game that comes out.

I’m being serious, please take the link off. I love Elites in multiplayer as much as anyone and don’t get me wrong, I love seeing my petition get attention, but not at the cost of this great thread.

I would so badly hope that was a tiny hint at the return of the elites. I mean yeah, a plasma rifle doesn’t necessarily mean we are going to play as them, but they have always been an elite’s favourite weapon.
The storm rifle is massively overpowered compared to the assault rifle, the plasma rifle would make a perfect starter weapon for elites and it would be somewhat equal to the assault rifle. Soooo yeah that’s my opinion anyway.

If anyone does that can help get the attention going.
Anyone who is seeing this just now, put #BringBackElites on the HALO official twitter. I’ve made a poll (that’s unseen just now) showing the number of players who want to play as an Elite or as a Spartan. Hopefully somebody will see it.

With some luck this will give 343 time to consider adding Elites.
Since playing as something that is not human would separate form other modern shooters.
